How we work together
Our partnership framework
Every MIWA partnership begins with a conversation. We listen first — to your organisation's goals, constraints, and definition of success — before proposing a collaboration model that delivers real impact without compromising our community-first principles.
Partnerships are governed by a clear Memorandum of Understanding. We agree upfront on scope, timeline, reporting cadence, and how impact will be measured. MIWA's Financial Director oversees all partnership finances and reporting.
We are committed to visibility: partner organisations receive regular updates, field visit opportunities, and a formal outcome report at the end of each partnership period.
